I finally made it to the La Brea wildfire (now over 85,000 acres) in Los Padres National Forest yesterday.  I was in a canyon shooting a camp crew from Inyo National Forest along with photographers Mike Meadows and Gene Blevins when a helitanker came in for a low drop.
