“Bronson I/C” – LAFD Greater Alarm Structure Fire

On Wednesday, July 14th 2010, at approx. 2200 hrs. LAFD units responded to multiple 911 calls for a structure fire at 1107 N. Bronson in Hollywood.  First-in units reported a large metal-clad commercial structure with heavy smoke and fire showing on arrival.  Greater Alarm units quickly poured in to fight the blaze inside the 150′ x 100′ Hollywood movie prop house.  A total of 91 firefighters brought the blaze under control in just under an hour and a half with no injuries reported.  The cause of the fire inside the 22,319 square foot structure is under investigation.
