This fire was orignally
ignited by lightning and has burned over 2100 acres near Acton,
California
A CDF (California Dept. of Forestry) firefighter
uses a drip torch to ignite backfires.
A CDF crew attempts to pull a disabled LA County
engine out of harms way as a wall of fire approaches.
As a last ditch effort, dozers are brought in to
remove the stranded engine.
